We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover cards online. At the campground we take all the same and we still take cash too!

What if we want to camp with our friends?
Camping with your friends is what we’re all about. We park vehicles in the order they arrive.

Option 1: Arrive together to camp together.

Option 2: Have one person in your friend group make all the reservations under their name and we will make sure that the sites are together regardless of when you all arrive.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final after May 1st. Prior to May 1st a reservation may be cancelled at a cost equivalent to a one-night stay. Reservations are not transferable to other events.

What do we need to check in?
Your camping and parking passes will be sent to the email and phone number you provided when you purchased your camping. We will scan those at the gate when you arrive!
How do your shuttles work?
Shuttles are included in your camping fee. Shuttles begin approximately an hour before the gorge gates open. We run continuously until you are all at the venue. After the show our shuttles run continuously until 45 minutes after the last song. If you miss the shuttle, you are on your own.
What time are your gates open?
Your camping pass has the exact dates and times for your event. Once the campground opens, we are open 24/7 during the entire event and check out is usually by noon the day after the music is over.
Do you allow in and out privileges?
In and out privileges are allowed 24/7 once our gates are open. We check the wristbands of everyone inside your vehicle every time.
We purchased camping for the entire event, but we are only going to stay one night, is that ok?
Yes. Once the campground opens, we are open 24/7 during the entire event. You can arrive anytime you wish once the gates are open.
My friends want to visit but aren’t camping at Wildhorse. Can they come by?
We sell a guest pass for $10 cash per person at the front gate for a two-hour visit. If your friends need to park for the show and take the shuttle they can purchase event parking at the gate.
What time are quiet hours?
Midnight to 7am. Generators and music to be turned off and asleep too. If quiet hours don’t work for you please plan to camp elsewhere. We enforce our quiet hours.
Tell me about your park.
Our park is the perfect place to bring all your lawn toys, chairs, inflatable pools, music and games. It’s full of shade and soft grass and an inflatable water slide. There’s a covered stage, showers, porta potties and vendors most weekends. All pools belong in the park area only. They get dumped out nightly, so our grass stays alive and happy.
What do you have to eat at Wildhorse?

The Corral Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recommend the Wild Burger. Our Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen is open for lunch, dinner and post-show pizza. You can pre-order your pizza at the gate before you jump on our shuttle, and we’ll have it ready for you when you come back. We also have Bucked Up Espresso for coffee, shakes, smoothies and energy drinks.

What do you have for vegans, special diets, gluten free and vegetarians?
We always try to have several things on our menu for vegans, special diets and GF. You can also bring your own food!
What about fires and barbecues?
Barbecues that are up and off the grass are permitted and we like our steaks medium rare. You can leave your wood, propane and gas campfires / fire pits at home. No fires or fireworks, sorry.
Is your grass really a thing?
Yes, it is, our campers love it, and we expect a lot of our grass during the music season. No tarps or outdoor rugs on our grass please. They kill the grass. Your inflatable swimming pools are allowed in our park only, please empty them at night and move your pool off the grass so the grass can recover while you are too.
Where can I charge my devices?
If you’re “chasing the charge” we do have charging stations up front in our restaurant. We also rent Goal Zero battery banks you can take right to your site for the weekend! Inquire at the gate when you check in.
Do you sell ice?
Yes, $5 at the front of the campground.
