Things to Know Before You Go!

– Reservations are not transferrable to other people or other events.
– We accept all payment tenders.
– All sales are final after May 1st. Prior to May 1st a reservation may be cancelled at a cost equivalent to a one night’s stay.
– Every camp spot includes parking for ONE car and camping for FOUR people. If there are five people in your party then you need two spots to camp.
– Overflow parking is available for $30 – $50 per night based on event. Plan on paying cash at the gate when you arrive to secure a spot. They are first come first served, limited and can’t be reserved ahead of time.
– Pets are permitted if you clean up after them. Please use a kennel or other restraint for them while you are away or if your pet likes to roam. We will feed all untethered dogs Jello shots.

– Car / Tent Camping – $85 – $100 / NIGHT

– Max 4 people
– Max one vehicle
– Dry camping….no water or electric hookups
– Trailers need to be less than 16′ after fully extended (book two car camping spots if you’re longer)
– Perfect for tents, vans, slide in campers, pop ups, small trailers and anything else you want to set up (and take down when you’re hungover)

– RV Camping – $200 – $225 / NIGHT

– Includes power (30 amp) and water
– We can pump your RV tanks for $50 at your site
– Max 4 people
– Max one vehicle
– No limitations on length of RV, awnings or slide – outs (but if you bring in a BIG rig, you should probably make a beverage for your campground hosts)

– “Rock” and “Roll” “HOOCHIE KOO” Cabin Camping – $375 – $450 / NIGHT

– Glamping – $300 / NIGHT

– Includes 10 x 14 tent, queen bed frame, queen mattress, bedding, pillows, 2 camp chairs, cooler and your first bag of ice is on us! Click here for a tour
– Max 2 people per glampsite
– Dry camping….no water or electric hookups
– This is perfect for the person who wants to be comfortable but doesn’t want to set or take down anything! Just show up with your clothes, your concert tickets and your best attitude!

– Your Wildhorse Camping reservation does not include access to the Event Gate.
– Campsites vary in size. Spots are all first come first serve. If you want a particular site or location, then come early.
– We reserve the right to park you in the next available spot.
– Wildhorse Campground reserves the right to charge additional monies to those using or requiring more than the allotted or reasonable camping size spaces.

Check In Process!

– Check-in time is “any time after 9:00am” the day before the Event. We are open 24 hours a day after the event begins so you can check-in at any time during the event weekend.
– Have THE ID OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE RESERVATION with you for a quick and easy check in when you arrive.
– We check ID’s at the gate. The first person in your group to arrive at the gate with the ID will receive their wristbands & access to the campground.
– If you wish to camp with your friends, arrive together to ensure your campsites are in the same area – no saving spots.

Once You're Here!

– Free Shuttles begin approximately an hour before the gates open. We run continuously until you all are at the Venue.
– After the show ‘Our Bring’ home runs about 45 minutes after the last song plays. If you decide to stay longer or decide to go to the other campground you are on your own.
– We accept all payment tenders.
– In and out privileges allowed 24/7. We check for wristbands of everyone inside your vehicle every time.
– We have FREE HOT showers.
– We can pump your RV tanks for $50 at your site.
– We have potable water available throughout our campground with soap, hot water and sinks.
– Pools in park area only. They get dumped out nightly, so our grass stays alive and happy.
– If you’re “chasing the charge” we do have charging stations up front in our restaurant.
– Ice available for $5 CASH per bag at our office.
– Espresso stand and pop machines available.
– The Corral Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recommend the Wild Burger and our woodfired Pizza.
– Quiet time begins at midnight…. includes all generators and radios to be turned off and asleep too.
– No tarps or outdoor rugs on our grass please. They kill the grass and people camp here because they LOVE our grass.
– Barbecues that are up and off the grass are permitted.
– No campfires, fire pits, or propane fire pits. We love our grass and so do our campers.
– No fireworks.
– Underage use of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
– Large parties are not permitted.
– No illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
– No unauthorized vending or alcohol sales.
– Check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon) the day after the Event.
